Mango Seeds
Since Gabe was making some Mango Salsa, I decided to try and grow some mango trees.
Cut up the mangos, leaving the seed husk in the center covered by a little fruit.

Cut one edge so you can get at the seed inside the husk.

Stick your thumbs inside and pry the husk open, exposing the large bean-shaped seed.

Pull out the seed - it should not be too dry.

Plant it with the hump just barely sticking out of the soil.

I'll keep you posted on how its growing!
